Visual Merchandising Holiday Fashion Pad 2026

The project challenged the team to define Walmart’s holiday merchandising vision by exploring the
relationship between gifting and celebration. With broad creative freedom, we developed a large-scale
merchandising display for the internal holiday meeting that will later serve as the foundation for the
brand’s holiday window displays.

My concept exploration began with a simple question: what does gifting and celebration mean during a time when luxury feels increasingly out of reach? Rather than focusing on traditional holiday imagery, I explored the
tension between aspiration and accessibility, asking how the feeling of indulgence could be reimagined through Walmart’s lens. The result was a concept centered on accessible luxury—creating moments that feel lavish, joyful, and celebratory without sacrificing affordability.
