Simple Gestures



Simple Gestures is a premium ice brand based in Los Angeles whose mission is to “elevate the everyday.”

Up until the 19th century, ice was seen as a luxury. For centuries, ice was only naturally made. It was seasonally harvested and used, or kept in the wealthy’s cellars. Now, for most ice is so common we rarely think about it or it’s quality. Simple Gestures asks the question: what if we saw ice as a little luxury again?

In an increasingly expensive world, Simple Gestures wants to meet consumers where they are and test the concept of ‘luxury.’ The recent rise of ‘quiet luxury’ serves as Simple’s motivation to introduce ‘accessible luxury.’ While ‘quiet luxury’ is exclusive and elitist, ‘accessible luxury’ is meant to be as inclusive as possible.

While Simple acknowledges they’re not reinventing the wheel with premium ice, they think there’s something exciting about keeping it cool and hope you think so too.
